From this role as Site Manager and member of the management team, you are personally the visible ambassador of the branch in Kaatsheuvel. This is where all activities of SW Vastgoedverbetering – region Zuid come together in the new Koestr.

You are fully responsible for the maintenance projects towards clients, relations and other stakeholders. Your team consists of project managers, supervisors, team leaders, work planners, planners and professionals (including painters and carpenters).

We are looking for a decisive manager who will literally give a new face, shape and substance to the new company with nearly 250 years of combined experience in planned facade maintenance in North Brabant.

You will build and maintain relationship networks, promote employee satisfaction and be part of the regional Koestr management team. In addition to daily marketing, you will ensure mutual cooperation and connection between the departments. You optimize customer satisfaction, profitability as well as internal and external processes. You are used to making responsible decisions and implementing change processes. You show leadership on all fronts and ensure that individuals, teams and the branch of the new company Koestr can accelerate and grow in sustainability and innovative property maintenance.

You are a reliable end responsible interlocutor for a diversity of clients, for example housing associations in the province of North Brabant and South Holland . You regularly visit clients and projects and consciously devote time and attention to client development. The itinerant nature is about 40%, the other 60% you are working tactically and strategically in the office.

Your attention results in, maximum resident and employee satisfaction, revenue growth and profitability improvement and the expansion and retention of the existing customer base. For this you also actively acquire new customers and seduce the market from a commercial and technical point of view. You think along with, for example, housing corporations about the sustainable solutions and social initiatives.

Within this role you therefore have an eye for your own people, your relations, chain partners and the opportunities within the market. You are people-oriented, communicatively strong and commercially literate. You will contribute to the development of policy, standardization of business processes and a common business proposition and image of Koestr Vastgoedverbeteraars.

Aertgeerts Vastgoedzorg (Rotterdam) is a reliable and decisive construction company. Started as a small family business in 1931, it has grown into a professional and flexible organization with approximately 70 employees. As a flexible shell, it uses a stable group of subcontractors. Hereby they focus on optimal satisfaction of clients and tenants.

HEKO The Hague, with almost 100 employees, has focused on the maintenance and sustainability of real estate for more than 70 years, with Planned Maintenance, Energy & Sustainability and Fire Safety. HEKO’s core values in this sustainable and long-term property management are sustainability, happiness and result-oriented cooperation (RGS).

An integration of the companies SW Vastgoedverbetering (Kaatsheuvel), Aertgeerts (Rotterdam) and HEKO (The Hague) will take place in the coming months. By mid-2025, the new company Koestr will stand like a house, with its own new identity and even more clout, but also with the familiar professionals, quality and reliable approach.
