There can be various reasons for this, such as a vague uneasy feeling about your current job or when you enter an outplacement program. A career assessment gives a good and clear view of where you stand. It also provides insight into your personality, abilities, motivations and interests.
Career exploration
A career exploration is made up of several parts and always starts with an initial inventory: the career interview.
This is followed by a test day, during which you will fill out various questionnaires. This information provides us with a good picture that allows us to answer your career question(s) properly. You will receive a report from us that answers the previously mentioned questions “Who am I?”, “What can I do?” and “What do I really want?”.
